1. SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this equipment.

WARNING! Disconnect the equipment from the air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing any maintenance.
p
Keep the equipment clean and maintain it in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
WARNING! Ensure that the correct air pressure is maintained and not exceeded.

Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hoses for wear before each use and ensure that all connections are
p
secure.
DO NOT install in direct sunlight or near any other heat source.
DO NOT direct air from the air hose at yourself, others or animals.
Drain the air tank daily. Water in the air line will damage equipment.
When work is complete ensure that the air supply is turned off.
If in any doubt about correct installation of this equipment consult a competent engineer.
2. INTRODUCTION
Suitable for most workshop air supply set-ups. Die-cast control heads with clear polycarbonate bowls. Regulator assembly features locking control
knob for pre-setting air pressure and large, easy-to-read pressure gauge. Filter is fitted with automatic drain tap. Lubricator includes oil/air mix
control and sight glass. Filter and Lubricator are fitted with protection bowl cage. (Model SA2001/FR.V2 and SA2001R are supplied with separate
wall brackets. SA2001.V2 has an integral bracket).

  • Page 2 Install the filter (if separate) upstream from the regulator and the lubricator downstream from it. 4.3. To install SA2001.V2 fix the integral mounting bracket to the wall. 4.4. To mount the SA2001/FR.V2 filter regulator and SA2001R regulator fix the mounting bracket provided to the wall. Remove the mounting bezel (fig.1.8) from the neck.
