2. Loosen and remove the four 3/8” Allen Screws using a 5/16” Allen Key. Ensure the Retriever head (10) is held in place. Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.

3. Remove the Retriever head (10) and the Mandrel Rod Stop Washer (11). 4. Withdraw the Mandrel Rod (12) from the Inner Barrel end (22). Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.

6. Remove the Socket Adaptor Pilot, spring, and flat washer. Drive out the split pin with a 1/4" punch. Reverse steps 6 & 5 to re attach the pilot head. Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.

10. Using a C Spanner in the holes provided, unscrew the Thread Adaptor (8) from the Inner Barrel. Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.

12. Cover the Hammer Nut threads with PTFE tape and carefully slide the Inner Barrel out through the Retriever Head end. Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.

20. Clean and wipe down all other parts except the Seal Carrier Assemblies. 21. Inspect all Seals and O-rings for nicks and abrasions and replace where necessary. 20. Reinstall the two 1/4" Allen screws (26) which retain the Thread Adaptor (8) by using a 1/8” Allen Key. Note: Please ensure you have the latest revision of this document by downloading it from our website or by contacting Cosasco Customer Service.
