• To avoid over application and possible risk of damage, ensure the spreader is shut off when pulling backwards.
• Only move the rate control lever to an 'on' position immediately before commencing an application.
Maintenance
Time spent on maintenance after each use will prolong the life of your spreader.
• Never leave product in the spreader. Pour leftover product back into the package, seal tightly and store in a dry place.
• After each use, wash spreader thoroughly over the lawn to remove all product clinging to the spreader, particularly around the axle. Hot water
may be required to remove stubborn residues. Allow the spreader to dry thoroughly before storage.
• Do not allow the waste water used for washing to enter drainage systems or waterways.
