Passive Speakers
The Targus Passive Speakers are a compact, lightweight way to enjoy your iPod.
Featuring a high-efficiency speaker driver, gold-plated 3.5mm rotary plug and high-
quality sound, these plug-in speakers can be rotated and tilted to suit your listening
pleasure. Simply plug the speakers into the jack on the top of your iPod. The speakers
operate without any power source.
Earphone Splitters
The earphone splitters allow for up to two people to listen to your iPod using
headphones. Simply insert the gold-plated plug into the headphone jack on the iPod,
then plug headphones into the extension jacks.
Auto/Air® Adapter
The Auto/Air Charger for the iPod family of products utilizes the 30-pin docking connec-
tor, is an integral unit including both a modular Auto and Airplane plug.
NOTE: Replacing the Fuse of the DC In-Auto Connector
To replace the Fuse, unscrew the fuse replacement cover at the top of the auto
connector, remove the fuse and replace with the same type, (1A and 250V).
Determine the cause of the short circuit before using.

Haut-parleurs passifs
Les haut-parleurs passifs de Targus sont des solutions compactes et légères vous
permettant de tirer pleinement profit de votre iPod. Forts de leur circuit d'attaque
hautement efficace, de leur fiche rotative plaquée or de 3,5 mm et du son de haute
qualité qu'ils diffusent, ces haut-parleurs intégrés peuvent être tournés et inclinés pour
votre plus grand plaisir. Il vous suffit de brancher les haut-parleurs dans le connecteur
jack situé sur la face supérieure de votre iPod. Les haut-parleurs fonctionnent sans
aucune source d'alimentation.
Séparateurs d'écouteurs
Grâce aux séparateurs d'écouteurs, deux personnes peuvent écouter de la musique
depuis le même iPod au moyen d'écouteurs. Il vous suffit d'insérer la fiche plaquée or
dans le connecteur jack pour écouteurs du iPod puis de brancher les écouteurs dans

autre du même type (1 A et 250 V). Identifiez la cause du court-circuit avant
d'utiliser l'appareil.

Ohrhörerverteiler
Über den mitgelieferten Adapter können Sie zwei Kopfhörer gleichzeitig an Ihrem iPod
betreiben. Dazu schließen Sie einfach den vergoldeten Adapter-Stecker an der
Kopfhörerbuchse des iPods und anschließend die Kopfhörer an den Erweiterungsbu-
chsen an.

Bei dem Auto/Air-Ladegerät für iPod-Produkte mit einem 30-poligen Docking-
Connector handelt es sich um ein integriertes Gerät, das über jeweils einen modularen
Stecker zum Anschluss im Auto und zum Anschluss im Flugzeug verfügt.
HINWEIS: Auswechseln der Sicherung des In-Auto-Netzanschlusses
Zum Auswechseln der Sicherung lösen Sie die Abdeckung an der Oberseite
des Netzanschlusses, entfernen die Sicherung und ersetzen sie durch eine
Sicherung gleichen Typs (1 A und 250 V). Bevor Sie das Gerät erneut
verwenden, stellen Sie die Ursache des Kurzschlusses fest.
