X-Last Bollards
Option 1 - Concrete in root
Excavate or core drill a minimum foundation size of:
Solid Ground
Bollard diameter + 100mm x 205mm deep
Loose Ground
600 x 600 x 400mm deep
IMPORTANT
Do not allow concrete
to enter the bollard.
Option 2 - Bolt down flange plate
Use M16 bolts for bolting down to good concrete base.
Length of bolt is dependent on ground conditions.
Top of ring flush
with surface level
ST4 Concrete
Add a sand bedding for bollard to sit on.
Place bollard centrally in foundation and pour ST4
concrete, using a level ensure bollard is vertical. Allow
enough depth for any finishing surface.
Ensure the top of the ring is flush with finished surface
level.
