- Page 2 HIP027 Introduction The MCM Hip Pack Wire Dispenser (HlP010), was developed and designed for use with the SinCorder, and Sin 2 or other data logger instruments. Its purpose is to simplify making over-the-line type tests. It is also very suitable for numerous other applications where it would be convenient or desirable for operator to have his or her hands free.
