AFTER EACH USE: Remove
and drain garden hose.
Remove and clean filter pad.
STEP 2
TO REMOVE WATER FROM POOL COVER
Place pump on cover. Plug pump into a grounded GFCI
outlet. When water level reaches desired depth (NOTE: pump
will turn off automatically when level of water is too low), unplug
pump and remove from cover.

WARNING

• Always unplug the pump from its power source before installing, removing or servicing.
• Connect only to a grounded GFCI outlet that is a minimum of 10 feet (3 m) away from the pool.
DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORDS.
• This pump is intended to pump WATER ONLY. It cannot be used to pump oils, solvents or gasoline.
• Do not let children use this device unsupervised.
• Do not leave pump in water that may freeze as this will permanently damage the pump.

STEP 1
Attach a STANDARD GARDEN HOSE
to the pump.

Direct the other end of the
garden hose away from
the pool.

TO LOWER WATER LEVEL OF POOL
Submerge pump. Plug pump into a grounded GFCI outlet.
When water level reaches desired depth, unplug pump
and remove from pool.

Cleaning Instructions
REMOVE AND CLEAN FILTER PAD AFTER EACH USE.
From the underside of the pump REMOVE:
1) Motor cover

3) Filter pad.
Clean filter pad with water.
Replace filter pad, motor,
and cover.
