SETTING THE TARGET TEMPERA-
TURE MANUALLY
1. Insert the probe into the meat as
described in point 2 above.
2. Press and hold the "MODE" button for 3
seconds.
3. Press "min" and "sec" to adjust the
required target temperature.
4. Press "MODE" to con� rm the setting. The
selected target temperature is shown on
the temperature display. Start cooking.
5. The alarm sounds once the meat has
reached the target temperature.

AFTER COOKING

Remove the probe from the meat (use
an oven glove or pot holder).
Clean the probe with water and
washing-up liquid. The transmitter and
receiver can be cleaned with a damp
cloth.

SETTING FAHRENHEIT/CELSIUS

Press the "MODE" button to choose between
Celsius and Fahrenheit.
TIMER
The timer functions independently of the
temperature gauge.
Stopwatch function:
If no speci� c countdown time is selected,
the timer automatically counts upwards.
Countdown function:
Use "min" and "sec" to select a countdown
time.
Activating the timer:
1. Press "start/stop" to start the timer.
2. Press "start/stop" again to stop the
countdown/stopwatch.
3. Press "CLEAR" once the timer has
stopped to reset the timer.
4. Once the countdown has stopped, the
alarm will beep. Press a button to turn
off the alarm.
NOTE: The timer can count up to 99:59

BACKGROUND LIGHT

Press a button to illuminate the display for
5 seconds.
