SWB6 & SWB6 SS Wall Mount Bracket
Installation & Maintenance Information

APPLICATION

The SWB6 and SWB6 SS Wall Mount Bracket are for use when
a horizontal (radial) adjustment of a surface or wall mount
floodlight is required.
The SWB6 is designed for use with Crouse-Hinds SFA6 slipfitter
adapter and will accept the following Crouse-Hinds yoke
(trunnion) mount floodlight luminaires:
• F2MV, FMV, FMV1000 Series and Champ® Voyager
nR Series Stainless Steel Floodlight
• FZD and EVMA-S812 Series
The SWB6 SS is designed for use with Crouse-Hinds SFA6 SS
slipfitter adapter and will accept the following Crouse-Hinds yoke
(trunnion) mount floodlight luminaires:
• Champ® Voyager nR Series Stainless Steel Floodlight

WARNING

To avoid the risk of fire, explosion or electric shock,
this product should be installed, inspected, and maintained
by a qualified electrician only, in accordance with all
applicable electrical codes.
WARNING
To avoid electrical shock:
• the floodlight luminaire used with this bracket must be
supplied by a wiring system with an equipment
grounding conductor.
• DO NOT use the SWB6 or SWB6 SS wall mount
bracket as ground.

INSTALLATION

1. Determine the mounting location of the SWB6 or
SWB6 SS bracket using the bolt hole pattern shown in
Figure 1.
2. Mount the SWB6 or SWB6 SS bracket (with elbow
pointing up) using four (4) ½" bolts or lag screws (not
provided) or by welding in position.
3. Proceed to the instructions provided with the SFA6 or
SFA6 SS slipfitter adapter and the floodlight luminaire
to complete the installation (mounting and wiring).

FINAL HORIZONTAL (RADIAL) ADJUSTMENT

1. Loosen the four (4) slipfitter base bolts.
2. Rotate the floodlight housing to the desired position.
3. Tighten the slipfitter base bolts to 19 ft-lbs to lock in
position.
