    1. INTRODUCTIE Ontworpen om moeiteloos, snel en veilig wielen van landbouw- en industriële voertuigen te demonteren en te verrijden. Het tillen van het wiel gebeurt met behulp van een hydraulische pomp, die in het frame gemonteerd zit. De pomp tilt twee reeksen rollen aan de beide kanten van het toestel tot tegen de wielbasis.   • Page 5 Ontgrendel het daalpedaal (A) d.m.v. het blokkeermechanisme (B) en druk het in. Pomp vervolgens de rollentafels (K) op met behulp van de pomphefboom(C). Verplaats het toestel met de beide wielsteunen (D) tot de blokkeerarm zich boven het te vervangen wiel hangt. Duw de handgrepen verder tot de steunen het wiel raken.

    5. ONDERHOUD Service & onderhoud Bij het bijvullen van de olie moeten de rollen zo ver mogelijk uit elkaar gepompt  worden. Verwijder de vulschroef (G) en vul de olie bij (ISO VG15) met het apparaat op het breedst mogelijke bereik. Bijvullen kan het best worden uitgevoerd met behulp van een maatbeker met een flexibele uitloop of een oliekan.

    5. MAINTENANCE Service & Wartung Beim Nachfüllen des Hydraulikölbehälters pumpen Sie das Radmontiergerät  auseinander, bis die Rollen-Sets in ihrer breitest möglichen Position sind. Entfernen Sie mit möglichst großem Abstand die Nachfüllschraube (G) und füllen Sie das Öl nach (ISO VG15). Die Nachfüllung erfolgt am besten mit einem Messbecher mit flexiblem Auslauf oder einer Ölkanne.

    MAINTENANCE Service & maintenance When refilling the hydraulic oil reservoir, pump the tire conveyer unit apart until the  lifting rollers are to their widest possible position. With the unit at its widest possible reach remove the refill screw (G) and top-up the oil (ISO VG15). Refilling is best carried out by using a measuring jug with a flexible spout or an oil can.
