It transmits the “Pressed” value when a key on the keyboard is pressed and transmits the “Released” value to FB155BC (HID) when the key on the keyboard is released. In the above example, users are required to transmit 0x1e - the value of the number “1” in the ASCII to Keycode table when the Keycode 1 in the UART HID Report ID Format.
