PREPARATION FOR USE
5.1
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Fully charge the battery before using the lamp for the first time.
Charge the lamp only when it is switched off.
1. Connect the micro-USB cable to the micro-USB charging port and the power
supply.
▶ The state of charge indicator lamp flashes green whilst the lamp is being
charged.
▶ Shut down the charging process when the state of charge indicator lamp lights
up continuously green.
2. Disconnect the lamp from the power supply.
NOTICE
▶ The lamp charging voltage of 5 V must not be exceeded.
5.2
USE AS A POWER BANK
1. Connect a USB cable between the device to be charged and the USB port
of the lamp.
2. When charging is complete, detach the device from the lamp.

OPERATION
6.1
SWITCHING THE LAMP HEAD ON AND OFF
1. Turn the rotary switch steplessly in a clockwise direction to switch the lamp head
on.
▶ Turn the rotary switch clockwise to increase the brightness, anti-clockwise to
decrease the brightness.
2. Turn the rotary switch fully anti-clockwise to switch the lamp head off.

▶ Never look directly into the beam of light.
▶ Never shine the beam of light directly into the eyes of people or animals.
▶ When used in a commercial setting the users must be given instructions
as detailed in the accident prevention instructions.
6.2
PIVOTING THE LAMP HEAD
Pivot the lamp head as far as the stop on either side.
6.3
SECURING THE LAMP
The magnetic base can be attached to any smooth flat magnetic surface.
Swing out the suspension hook from the magnetic base to suspend the lamp.
