Trying to increase the temperature but it will not move from 1. I tried turning it off to reset it and it still will not move from 1. What can this be and what can I do? Can it be that the temperature control panel is bad. It's a 2021 Shasta.

The Everchill WD-282FWDC-B temperature control staying at 1 could indicate a cooling or airflow issue. Possible causes include:

1. Poor ventilation around the refrigerator, leading to overheating of the compressor.
2. The compressor may be overheating and shutting off, which could cause the refrigerator to stay at a low cooling level.
3. A tight cabinet trim with small gaps may restrict airflow, reducing cooling efficiency.
4. There may be no clear error code or blinking pattern available to diagnose the issue.

Steps to resolve the issue:

- Improve ventilation by installing 12V fans to circulate air behind the refrigerator.
- Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching the wall.
- Allow more space around the refrigerator for airflow, especially above and behind it.
- Check for compressor overheating and allow it to cool before restarting.
- Monitor for any flashing lights or patterns that could indicate an error.

These steps may help improve performance and allow the temperature control to function correctly.
