1. When Engine MIL of vehicle with standard OBD Ⅱlights up, driver must stop the vehicle and hold the handbrake, turn on the key switch and then insert the FCAR code reader into 16pin diagnostic socket of the vehicle. Standard OBDⅡ diagnostic socket is generally set below the steering wheel at the driver side. - Page 9 4. After enter the system, users can read fault code, erase fault code, read data stream and others (When menu exceeds the available largest interface, users can click up and down to choose). If it indicates “communication failure” during the diagnosis, please check whether the key switch is turned on, selected diagnostic protocol is right and vehicle diagnostic socket has signal voltage, etc.
