  • Page 3 You should have Slide the adjustable foot brackets (A) into the ends of the foot extrusion (B) and tighten using a crosshead screwdriver.
  • Page 4 Remove the two screws from the bottom end of each leg extrusion (C) using a screwdriver. Fix each foot extrusion (B) to the leg using the two screws, passing them first through the reinforcing plate (D). NOTE: Check the foot (B) is positioned correctly on the leg (C) before inserting the screws.
  • Page 5 Remove two screws from each end of the cross brace (E) using the 4mm Allen key. Using the long end of the Allen key to offer the screw to the hole fix a leg to each end of the cross brace. Remove two screws from the top end of each leg and fix the two support trays (F) ensuring the arrow shaped holes are pointing to the middle of the stand.
  • Page 6 Fix the waste catcher brackets (G) to the outside edges of the trays using a screwdriver and screws (H). When the stand is finished and the cutter fitted the waste catcher bag (K) can be placed on the brackets as shown. Place the level adjusters (J) in the top of the cross brace, they may need to be tapped into position with a mallet or small hammer and piece of wood.
  • Page 7 Before fitting the cutter to the stand place the cutter on a table top and attach the Squaring Arm (L) using the two screws and nuts provided. When tightening the screws ensure the arm is set at right angles to the cutting edge using a piece of paper or card as shown.
  • Page 8 Ensure that the two brackets within each tray are pushed towards each other and the screws loosened. Place the cutting machine onto the trays and locate the ribs on the underside into the notches in the raised edges of the trays. Pull the brackets and screws apart to lock the cutter to the stand and tighten the screws.
