Contact qualified and authorized service technician for repair and maintenance of the product. If the wiring cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similar qualified person.

    1- FEATURES This air conditioner is made up of one outdoor unit and one wall mounted indoor unit equiped with a quick coupling connection.. The outdoor unit (which includes the compressor) is designed to be installed outside the building. The indoor unit(s) are designed to be installed inside the building, near the ceiling (they function by blowing air through their base).

    4- INSTALLATION GENERAL RULES ¾Only trained and qualified persons are authorised to install, maintain and repair air conditioning products. Non-qualified users must not install the products without assistance. ¾Before starting the installation, please read the safety and installation instructions very carefully. This document is published by the manufacturer and indicates the general rules to be followed for the installation of air conditioning products.
  • Page 7 ¾Outdoor unit -For better efficiency, it is preferable to install the outdoor unit on a shaded wall of the building that on a wall exposed to direct sunlight. -Choose a place where the warm airflow, the cool airflow and the sound levels generated by the unit are not susceptible to disturbing the occupants of the building.

  • Page 9 -Then fit the indoor unit into place by inserting the hooks into the bottom of the support slab. - Again try to move the unit left or right to check that it is correctly fixed and adjusted to its position. - Seal the hole through which the connections pass to avoid draughts from the outside blowing inside.
  • Page 10 D- Connecting flare connections to the outdoor unit - The connection of the refrigerant piping is made with a connection clamp equipped with a handle for locking. - When needed, the clamp can be lubricated locally with some lubricant compliant with R410A or R407C refrigerant depending on the refrigerant used.
  • Page 11 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS A- Safety rules and preliminary instructions for basic installation -All cables must conform to local and national standards and must be installed by a qualified electrician. -The electrical power supply should be equipped with a separate electrical protection, such as a D- curved differential circuit breaker or time delay fuses, for which the specifications (especially the diameter) must comply with the manufacturers instructions and with local standards in force.

    4- OPERATIONAL TEST After checking that the following steps have been carried out: the service valves have been opened up completely. The flare nuts are tightened according to recommended coupling torque. Checks for leaks are negative. Ensure that the product is functioning correctly in the various operating modes available. Note in particular in cooling mode (and in heating mode for reversible products) the operating pressure and the air inlet and outlet temperatures.
