Neck Support Pillow
COMFORT TOUCH™ Cushions by Drive™ are designed to help
satisfy your therapeutic needs while immersing you in comfort with an
ergonomic design, high-quality foam and luxurious look and feel.

Beneficial Uses

The comfortable memory foam, super soft velour cover and ergonomic
design of the Comfort Touch Neck Support Pillow helps support your
head and neck while providing targeted hot or cold therapy for muscle
inflammation and tension. The Comfort Touch Neck Support Pillow is
designed to enhance relaxation whether you are at home or on the go.

How to Use

Adjustable Toggles: To open the toggles, firmly press the square
button on the toggle and pull the two toggles apart. To adjust the
toggles, hold the two end pieces with one hand, press in the outer
circular button on the toggle, and slide the toggle up or down to tighten
the pillow to your desired comfort level.

Hot/Cold Packs:

Reusable, Flexible, Non-Toxic

For Cold Therapy Use

Place gel packs in the freezer for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour. Remove
packs from freezer and test temperature for personal comfort level.
Insert cold packs into the Comfort Touch Neck Support Pillow pockets.
Apply to neck and shoulders for 15 minutes, continuing to monitor for
temperature comfort. The gel pack can remain cool for approximately
1 hour. To reuse, return gel packs to freezer. When not in use, store gel
packs in a cool, dry place.

For Heated Therapy Use

Note: Gel Packs should be at room temperature before heating
Method #1. Place gel packs in boiling water for no more than 3
minutes. Remove the packs with tongs or a dry cloth and dry. Test
temperature for personal comfort before inserting into the Comfort
Touch Neck Support Pillow pockets. If the gel packs feel too hot to the
touch, allow to cool for a few minutes before inserting into pockets.
Method #2. Place packs in a microwave safe dish containing water.
Heat on HIGH setting for 3 to 5 minutes. Use tongs or a dry cloth to
remove gel packs from hot water and dry. Test temperature for personal
comfort before inserting into the Comfort Touch Neck Support Pillow
pockets. If the gel packs feel too hot to the touch, allow to cool for a few
minutes before inserting into the Neck Pillow pockets.*
Method #3. Place packs in microwave oven (no higher than medium
heat setting), on a dry cloth and heat for 30 seconds on initial use.
Test temperature for personal comfort before inserting into the Comfort
Touch Neck Support Pillow pockets. If the gel packs feel too hot to the
touch, allow to cool for a few minutes before inserting into the Neck

Pillow pockets. If reheating for consecutive use, reheat on medium heat
for 15 second increments.*
*Note* The gel pack will remain warm for approximately 30
minutes. Because of different microwave oven settings, we
recommend you first try heating for a period of 15 seconds to
measure temperature tolerance.
***CAUTION & WARNINGS***
Improper use may cause injury — Please read before use.
1. During heating, the gel can overheat, causing the gel pack to burst
or leak. Discard the gel pack if punctured or torn.
2. If there is exposure to the gel contents, take the following actions:
a. If gel contents come in contact with the eyes, flush with water.
b. I f gel contents come in contact with the skin, wash off with
soap and water.
c. If gel contents are inhaled, move to an area with fresh air
ventilation.
d. Gel Packs contain Non-Toxic materials. If contents of the Gel
Pack are swallowed, give one or two glasses of water and
induce vomiting and consult a physician.
3. After heating, if the gel packs feel hot to the touch, allow to cool
for a few minutes before inserting into the Comfort Touch Neck
Support Pillow pockets.
4. If there are feelings of discomfort or too much heat within the gel
packs, allow additional time for cooling. If the gel packs do not
cool off, discontinue use immediately.
5. Hot or Cold Therapy should not be used by individuals who are
sensitive to temperature extremes.
6. Do not use over sensitive skin areas.
7. If skin is broken, treat wound and apply sterile bandage to the
injury before using.
8. Do not use Hot or Cold Gel Packs with Analgesic products (sports
creams, balms, liniments or lotions).
9. Always use a sleeve or towel before applying, never use gel pack
by itself or directly on the skin.
10 Never apply Cold Therapy longer than 30 minutes at a time. Direct
application of this Gel Pack to the skin could cause frostbite. To
avoid any possibility of frostbite, simply wait a few minutes before
applying Cold Compress to the skin.
11. The application of the gel pack is for external use only.
12. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN
TO HEAT GEL PACK WHILE UNSUPERVISED. Unattended use of
Hot or Cold Gel Packs by children or incapacitated persons may
be dangerous.
13. Keep out of reach from pets.
Drive's Comfort Touch Neck Support Pillow is intended to enhance
relaxation and provide therapy for targeted muscle inflammation and
tension. Seek medical attention immediately if symptoms persist or
condition worsens.
