CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always disconnect appliance from power supply.
Do not immerse cooker base in water or other fluids when cleaning.
Use a soft cloth and mild detergent to clean.
Do not use coarse or abrasive cleaner or steel wool to clean the appliance.
The presence of either "minerals" or "hard water" in the water piping system may cause brown or
white spots and minerals scale that may appear on the surface of the stainless steel inner pot or the
walls of the inner pot; could visually resemble rust spots. As these spots are not rust, it is harmless
and safe to consume water or food from the appliance.
These spots can be removed by boiling white vinegar and water (ration 1:2) or citric acid crystal
solution (food grade) to remove them. For tough stains, you may need to use a good metal cleaner to
remove the stubborn stains and then wash off with soap solution before using.
When the product is not in use, please clean it well and put it in the packing box, store it at a dry place.
HOW TO USE
When using the unit for the first time, water should be added to the maximum water line. Pour out the
water after it boils to clean the pot.
Remove the glass lid and fill with water, which should not be lower than the lowest line nor higher
than the highest water line. Close the unit with glass lid.
Plug the power cord into a power source and turn the switch to " low " or " high " ( " low " means slow
cook, " high " means fast cook).
Turn the switch to "off" if you need the unit to stop heating. At this time, Make sure to unplug the unit
if you do not need heating any more.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This unit is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase
(warranty is only valid with a dated proof of purchase). The warranty is valid for any manufacturing defects
only. This warranty covers operational defects incurred in normal use and does not apply in the case of
damage, abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operation instructions. During the one year
warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned
comparable model (at our option). Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be
processed accordingly by contacting customer service first to obtain the Return Authorization Number and
freight prepaid with proof of purchase. (Please pack your product well; we will not be responsible for
damages incurred as a result of improper packing.) We will not accept any returns of merchandise without
an applicable RMA#.
