Use Internet Sharing
Set your device to be used as a wireless modem for
other devices.

Connect your device to another device or
computer via the USB port or Bluetooth.

Tap Start > Internet Sharing.

Select the PC connection and network connection
types.

Tap Connect to activate the internet connect.

Bluetooth

You can connect with other Bluetooth-enabled
wireless devices within a range. Walls or other
obstacles between devices may block or impair the
wireless connection.
Turn on the Bluetooth wireless feature

Tap Start > Settings.

On the Basic Settings tab, tap Network Settings >
Bluetooth.

Tap the device icon in the middle of the screen.

To allow other devices to find and connect to your
device, tap Menu > Device Info, and tap
to Enable visibility to other devices.

Tap Done.
