Page 2 Positioning the Brackets It is important to first observe the placement of the blind’s components within the head rail. At some locations you will be unable to clip the bracket in due these components interfering. The brackets should be roughly, evenly spaced along width of the blind. The end brackets should be placed 115mm from each end. For Face Fit the brackets should be positioned flush with the top of the architrave, or at the ordered height (if wall installation). For Recess fit the front of the bracket should be positioned at the front of the reveal. Mounting the Brackets The bracket is universal, fix the bracket according to your installatin and wall type.
Page 3 Mounting the Blind Place the top inside edge of the head rail on to the front of the bracket. Then slightly push whilst rotating your blind upward until the back of the head rail clips into place. Cleat + Hold downs To complete the installation, mount the cord cleat on the wall on the lifting cord side. The hold clips are optional. To install, fasten the L shaped part of your hold down clip in the bottom corners of the window and screw into place. Then insert the pin into the base rail and slide the pin into hold down clip Your blind is now professionally installed and you just saved on the installation expense!
