7. Operation 7.1 Operation mode 7.1.1 Sensor stabilization time (Warm-up) You have to wait for sensor stabilization time because this unit does not act immediately. A sensor needs stabilization time for 30 sec. The transmission output is 3 mA for sensor stabilization time. 7.1.2 Normal action 1) Sensor stabilization time is end, then instrument act for operation mode. -

7.2 Calibration for GT-1010 7.2.1 Power confirmation 1) Power check between +24V and GND terminal (+DC24V) 2) Regular power is DC18V ~ 30V. 7.2.2 Sensor heating current setting 1) Set the DC multimeter to voltage 2) Connect multimeter (+) rod to CP1 check pin, and connect multimeter (-) rod to CP2 check pin 3) Set the check value is fitted to 295 mV by controlling “HEAT”... -
