Inspection and Replacement of Secondary Restraint Bar (T-Bar) Closeout Panels
Reason For Release:
Chance Rides, Inc. has become aware that the manual release for the primary restraint bars (Shoulder-bars)
can be actuated by another passengers's feet. A new T-bar closeout panel has been designed to prevent
accidental actuation of the manual release.
Action to be Taken:
Chance Rides, Inc. requires all owner/operators of the above noted INVEMER amusement rides to inspect
all T-bar closeout panels and, ifrequired, replace with the new design panels. Refer to the illustration on the
following page of this bulletin.
The parts will be provided at no charge if ordered within 30 days of the release date of this bulletin.
All work must be performed by qualified personnel, capable of understanding the function of the parts and
their proper installation.
