cant get the wheels to go in base
To install the wheels on the Neo Chair CRM base:
1. Locate the BASE (CENTRAL BASE X1) and the WHEELS (WHEEL X5).
2. Insert each wheel into the holes on the bottom of the base.
3. Push firmly until each wheel clicks securely into place.
