- Page 5 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Activity Den... NOTE: It is advised that two adults assemble this product. Lay the Activity Den Fabric out flat on the floor. Assemble the base by inserting 6 x Tubes through the sleeves on the bottom of the Activity Den Fabric.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Activity Den continued... Insert the ends of these Tubes into Upper Joints. Repeat this process until you have completed assembling the top rail. NOTE: The 2 x Upper Joints (with Pop-Pin holes) MUST be used on the same corner the Lower Joints with Pop-Pin holes were used.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Activity Den continued... 10a. Insert the top end of the Tube into the Upper Joint. Ensure the Pop-pin correctly engages. 11a. Insert the bottom of the Tube into the Lower Joint. Ensure the Pop-pin correctly engages. 12a.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To disassemble Activity Den... WARNING CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN BEGINNING THE DISASSEMBLY PROCESS. ANY VARIATION FROM THE BELOW STEPS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR PRODUCT AND VOID YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY. Start with one of the vertical tubes with the pop-pins. Disengage the Lower Joint pop-pin at the bottom of the vertical tube.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To disassemble Activity Den continued... Repeat steps 1-4 for the remaining vertical tube with pop-pins. Disconnect the remaining 4 x tubes from their Upper and Lower Joints. Remove the tubes from the vertical sleeve. Disconnect the top rail tubes from the Upper Joints.
