Turn OFF Bluetooth from any previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth from new device.
Earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing. Select "JLab JBuds Air ANC" in new device settings to connect.

JBUDS AIR ANC will not pair to my android phone
The JLab JBuds Air ANC may not pair with your Android phone for several reasons:
1. Previously Connected Device: If the earbuds were connected to another device, turn off Bluetooth on that device before pairing with your phone.
2. Bluetooth Not Enabled: Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your Android phone’s settings.
3. Pairing Mode Not Activated: The earbuds should automatically enter pairing mode when Bluetooth is turned on. If not, try turning them off and on again.
4. Incorrect Device Selection: In your phone's Bluetooth settings, select “JLab JBuds Air ANC” to connect.
5. Interference or Connection Issues: Move away from other wireless devices that may cause interference and try again.
6. Low Battery: If the earbuds have low battery, charge them before attempting to pair.
If issues persist, restart both the earbuds and your phone, then try pairing again.
