▪ In the event that water should enter the unit (apart from in the
water tank), immediately disconnect the mains plug. Arrange to
have the unit checked before putting it into operation again after
a period of remission.
▪ Avoid direct sunlight.
▪ Do not handle the unit with damp hands.
▪ Should the unit has fallen into water, disconnect the mains plug
immediately.
▪ The stored water is not suitable for drinking or watering plants.
▪ Do not place naked flames (e.g. burning candle), upon or directly
alongside the unit.
▪ Do not place heavy objects on the unit.
▪ Contact with live cables or components can result in fatal injury!
▪ Always make sure that the air inlet and air outlet apertures
remain free of soiling during operation. Never cover the unit!
▪ Clean the air filter regularly.
▪ While draining the tube, ensure that it does not become blocked
and that the tube end is positioned at a lower level than the outlet
aperture. The end of the tube must be positioned above a drain.
▪ Operate the unit only with the integrated water tank or with the
tube installed.
▪ Do not use the unit if the power cable or the connecting plug is
damaged. Should the connecting cable is damaged, have the
parts exchanged by authorised specialist staff or by the Customer
Service department in order to prevent hazards.
▪ Prior to use, check the unit for visible, external damage. Do not
operate a unit that has been damaged or dropped. Do not disas-
semble the unit or try repairing it yourself. In case of questions or
problems turn to our customer service.
