- Page 3 GATE OMEGA – MANUAL WE RECOMMEND 1. Use protective gloves during assembly. Be careful not to get cut when you connect profiles. 2. At least 2 people are needed to set up and take down the product. We recommend asking the 3rd person for help while setting up and taking down the product. 3. In order to make setting up easy, the components have been given stickers. Connect the elements according to the stickers. 4. It is advised to clean the frame before folding it, failure to do so might damage the frame. The Producer is not taking any responsibility for any damages occurring as a result of folding a dirty frame. 5. The fabric should be cleaned and dried before packing it into transport bags. The Producer does not bear any responsibility for possible stains arisen as a result of storing wet or dirty fabric. 6. To remove the pins and anchors, we recommend that you use an instrument (that is not included in the standard equipment). 7. For care instruction see conservation manual. COMPONENT Fig. 1. Component list SAFETY 1. The gate is not designed to be used during strong wind, snow storm, hailstorm, storm, etc. 2. The gate must not be left without any supervision. 3. With recurring gusts of wind, anchoring should be checked systematically. 4. The gates are not adapted to exploitation under snow load. One should remove the snow gathering on the product, if the layer of the snow is 2 cm or higher.

The Producer declares that the marked products are made of fire retardant fabric and fabric specifications are in accordance with the requirements of PN- EN ISO 6940 and 6941 and DIN 4102 -B1 norm. 7. The gate can be used at wind speeds of up to 14 m/s (50 km/h) provided that it is protected with weights and lashings against blast. If the wind gusts exceed 14 m/s (50 km/h), it is recommended that the product be assembled. Mechanical damage resulting from not following the above advice is not covered by the warranty. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE STRUCTURE 1. Pull out the numbered parts of the construction from the bag. Connect the support elements as numbered [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] and repeat this for the other side of the gate. 2. Connect the vertical elements [1 and 6] to the assembled horizontal elements of the stand - numbering as shown in the figure (for both gate stands). 3. - Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SEMI-COVERING 4. Connect the elements fastened with an espander [13]. 5. Insert the components connected with an espander [13] into the connecting pin [14]. First on one side, then repeat it on the other side of the pin. 6. Slide the spring carbon sticks into the upper banner tunnel. 7. Use the velcro straps to attach the banner to the centre tubes on both sides of the pin. 8. Connect the upper part of the gate construction with a group of elements connected together as shown in Figure 3. Similarly, connect the elements on the other side of the gate. Fig. 3. - Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FULL COVERING 4. Connect the elements fastened with an espander [13]. 5. Insert two elements into the upper part of the covering. Insert the centre piece into the hole cut out at the bottom of the covering. 6. Insert the components connected to the top of the covering with an espander [13] into the connecting pin [14]. First on one side, then repeat on the other side of the pin. The middle tube should be underneath the fabric. 7. Insert the spring carbon sticks into the upper banner tunnel. 8. Use the velcro straps to attach the banner to the middle tubes coming out of the two sides of the pin. 9. Connect the upper part of the gate structure with a group of elements connected together as shown in Figure 3. Similarly, connect the elements on the other side of the gate. 10. Lower the top of the covering along the construction pipes to smooth out unevenness. 11. Attach the previously prepared supports to the assembled structure, first on one side and then on the other side. 12. Fasten the lower part of the covering with the upper part, on each support, with a lock. 13. Use pins to secure the gate feet to the ground. Attach the gate with ropes to the anchors (2 pcs. of anchors on each side). DISASSEMBLY 1. Disassembly takes place in reverse order of assembly. 2. - Page 8 TOR OMEGA – GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG EMPFEHLUNGEN 1. Bitte benutzen Sie zum Aufbau Arbeitshandschuhe. Achten Sie besonders beim Verinden der Profile darauf, dass Sie sich nicht verletzen. 2. Montage und Demontage des Tor erfordert mindestens 2 Personen. 3. Um die Konstruktionselemente leichter zusammen setzen zu können, sind diese markiert. Verbinden Sie die Elemente entsprechend den Aufklebern. 4. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gestell vor dem Abbauen sauber ist. Der Hersteller trägt keine Haftung für eventuelle Beschädigungen, die beim Ab- und Aufbauen eines verschmutzten Gestells entstehen. 5. Vor dem Verpacken ist der produkt zu reinigen und zu trocknen. 6. Um die Erdnägel und Anker zu entfernen, empfiehlt es sich, einen Heringsauszieher (keine Standardausrüstung) zu verwenden. 7. Lesen Sie die Pflegehinweise für Gewebe. BESTANDTEILE Abb. 1: Inhalt SICHERHEIT 1. Der Produkt ist für die Verwendung bei starkem Wind, Schneestürmen, Hagel, Stürme, etc. nicht geeignet. 2. Der Produkt darf nicht unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden. 3. Bei Windböen muss die Verankerung regelmäßig überprüft werden. 4. Bei der Verwendung in den Wintermonaten mit Schneefall, ist die Schneelast auf dem Produkt zu kontrollieren. Der Schnee ist vom Produkt zu entfernen. Eine Schneehöhe von 2 cm ist zulässig. 8/24...

Der Hersteller erklärt, dass die gekennzeichneten Produkte aus schwerent- flammbaren Stoffen bestehen und dass ihre Eigenschaften den Anforderungen der Normen PN-EN ISO 6940 und 6941 und DIN 4102 -B1, entsprechen. 6. Wasseransammlungen sind zu vermeiden und müssen entfernt werden. 7. Das Tor kann bei Windgeschwindigkeiten bis zu 14 m/s (50 km/h) eingesetzt werden, sofern es mit Gewichten, Seilen, Erdnägeln und Heringen gesichert ist. Wenn die Windböen 14 m/s (50 km/h) überschreiten, wird empfohlen, das Tor zu demontieren. Mechanische Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der obigen Hinweise entstehen, fallen nicht unter die Garantie. MONTAGEANLEITUNG FÜR DIE GRUNDELEMENTE DES ALUGESTELLS 1. Nehmen Sie die nummerierten Teile der Konstruktion aus der Tasche heraus. Verbinden Sie die Stützelemente [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] für die eine Seite und wiederholen Sie dies für die andere Seite des Tores. 2. Verbinden Sie die vertikalen Elemente [1 und 6] mit den montierten horizontalen Elementen des Ständers - Nummerierung wie in der Abbildung dargestellt (für beide Torsockel). - Page 10 3. Montieren Sie die Elemente mit den Nummern 7 bis 12 und 1 wie in der Abbildung für beide Torständer dargestellt. MONTAGEANLEITUNG FÜR DIE HALBE BESPANNUNG 4. Die mit einem Espander [13] verbundenen Elemente zusammenstecken. 5. Die mit einem Espander [13] verbundenen Komponenten in den Verbindungsstift [14] einsetzen. Zuerst auf der einen Seite, dann auf der anderen Seite wiederholen. 6. Schieben Sie die elastische Karbonstäbe in den oberen Bannertunnel. 7. - Page 12 MONTAGEANLEITUNG FÜR DIE VOLLE BESPANNUNG 4. Die mit einem Espander [13] verbundenen Elemente zusammenstecken. 5. Setzen Sie zwei Elemente in den oberen Teil der Bespannung ein. Stecken Sie das Mittelstück in die Aussparung an der Unterseite der Bespannung. 6. Stecken Sie die mit der Oberseite der Bespannung mit einem Espander [13] verbundenen Komponenten in den Verbindungsstift [14]. Zuerst auf der einen Seite, dann auf der anderen Seite des Stiftes wiederholen. Das mittlere Rohr sollte sich unter dem Stoff befinden. 7. Stecken Sie die elastischen Karbonstäbe in den oberen Bannertunnel. 8. Verwenden Sie die Klettbänder, um das Banner an den mittleren Rohren zu befestigen, die aus den beiden Seiten des Stiftes herauskommen. 9. Verbinden Sie den oberen Teil der Torstruktur mit den in Abbildung 3 dargestellten Elementen. Machen Sie das gleiche auf der anderen Seite des Tores. 10. Justieren Sie die Oberseite der Bespannung entlang der Konstruktionsrohre ab, um Unebenheiten auszugleichen. 11. Befestigen Sie die zuvor vorbereiteten Stützen an der montierten Struktur, zuerst auf der einen Seite und dann auf der anderen Seite. 12. Befestigen Sie den unteren Teil der Bespannung mit dem oberen Teil an jeder Halterung mit einem Verschluss. 13. Verwenden Sie die Erdnägel, um die Torfüße am Boden zu befestigen. Befestigen Sie das Tor mit Seilen an den Heringen (2 Stück Heringe auf jeder Seite). DEMONTAGE 1. Die Demontage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge der Montage. 2. Reinigen und trocknen Sie alle Teile, bevor Sie sie in die Transporttasche legen. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen in die oben genannten Informationen einzufügen. - Page 13 BRÁNA OMEGA – NÁVOD DOPORUČUJEME 1. Během montáže i demontáže používejte ochranné rukavice. Věnujte zvýšenou pozornost při spojování profilů, aby nedošlo k poranění. 2. Pro montáž i demontáž jsou třeba min. 2 osoby, pro více komfortní práci doporučujeme 3 osoby. 3. Pro snadnější montáž jsou jednotlivé díly označeny- spojujte dohromady díly se shodnými barevnými značkami na jejich koncích. 4. Doporučujeme očistit konstrukci brány před každou její stavbou, v opačném případě může dojít k jejímu poškození vlivem zachycených nečistot. Výrobce nenese zodpovědnost za jakékoliv poškození způsobené stavbou/používáním brány se znečištěnou konstrukcí. 5. Opláštění brány by mělo být očištěno a vysušeno před každým sbalením do přepravního obalu. Výrobce nenese žádnou odpovědnost za vznik případných skvrn vzniklých v důsledku skladování vlhkého a znečištěného opláštění brány. 6. Pro vytahování kolíků a kotev doporučujeme použít speciální přípravek (dostupný v rámci příplatkové výbavy). 7. Seznamte se zásadami pro údržbu polyesterových textilií. DÍLY/SOUČÁSTKY Obr. 1. - Page 14 2. Při poryvech větru pravidelně kontrolujte stav a usazení všech kotvících prvků brány. 3. Brána nesmí být ponechán bez dozoru. 4. Brány nejsou přizpůsobené k využití pod sněhovou zátěží. Pokud je vrstva sněhu na střeše stanu vyšší než 2 cm, musí být neprodleně odstraněna. 5. Voda zachycená na výrobku musí být neprodleně odstraněna. 6. Výrobce prohlašuje, že označené produkty jsou vyrobené z látky se sníženou hořlavostí a že jejich vlastnosti jsou v souladu s požadavky normy PN-EN ISO 6940 a 6941 a DIN 4102-B1. 7. Bránu lze používat při rychlosti větru až 14 m/s (50 km/h) pod podmínkou, že bude před nárazy větru zajištěna závažími nebo lanovými kotvami. Při rychlosti nad 14 m/s (50 km/h) nedoporučujeme výrobek používat. Na mechanická poškození způsobena vlivem porušení výše uvedeného se záruka nevztahuje. NÁVOD NA MONTÁŽ ZÁKLADNÍCH KONSTRUKČNÍCH DÍLŮ 1. Vytáhněte všechny očíslované konstrukční díly z obalu. Části základny spojte dle čísel, viz obrázek [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] a následně postup zopakujte z druhé strany brány. Obr. 2. Průběh montáže konstrukčních prvků 14/24...
- Page 15 2. Spojte svisle části [1 a 6] se složenými horizontálními částmi základny – jednotlivé díly spojte dle obrázku (pro obě základny brány). 3. Spojte části s čísly 7 až 12 a 1, viz obrázek, pro obě základny brány. NÁVOD NA MONTÁŽ POLOVIČNÍHO OPLÁŠTĚNÍ 4. Připojte díly spojené spojovacím profilem [13]. 5. Do profilové spojky [14] vložte díly spojené spojovacím profilem [13]. Nejdřív z jedné strany, potom celý proces zopakujte z druhé strany profilové spojky. 6. Zasuňte pružné tyče do tunelu horního banneru. 7. Pomocí spon banner připevněte k vnitřním trubkám, které vycházejí ze dvou stran profilové spojky. Obr. 3. - Page 17 NÁVOD NA MONTÁŽ ÚPLNÉHO OPLÁŠTĚNÍ 4. Připojte díly spojené spojovacím profilem [13]. 5. Dva díly vložte do horní části opláštění. Prostřední díl vložte do otvoru v dolní části opláštění. 6. Do profilové spojky [14] vložte díly spojené spojovacím profilem [13] s horní částí opláštění. Nejdřív z jedné strany, potom celý proces zopakujte z druhé strany profilové spojky. Prostřední trubka musí být pod textilní částí. 7. Zasuňte pružné tyče do tunelu horního banneru. 8. Pomocí spon banner připevněte k vnitřním trubkám, které vycházejí ze dvou stran profilové spojky. 9. Horní část konstrukce brány spojte se spojenými částmi dle obr. 3. Podobně spojíte díly z druhé strany brány. 10. Horní část opláštění spusťte podél trubek konstrukce a uhlaďte nerovnosti. 11. Ke složené konstrukci připevněte dříve připravené základny – nejdřív z jedné, potom z druhé strany. 12. Na každé základně sepněte zipem horní a dolní část opláštění. 13. Pomocí kolíku ukotvěte nohy brány k podloží. Pomocí lan připevněte bránu ke kotvám (2 kotvy na každé straně). DEMONTÁŽ 1. Demontáž provádějte v opačném pořadí než montáž. 2. Před uložením do přepravní tašky je nutno všechny součásti očistit a vysušit. Výrobce si vyhrazuje právo na změnu výše uvedených informací bez předchozího upozornění. PRODEJCE: MITKO s.r.o. - Page 18 BRAMA OMEGA – INSTRUKCJA ZALECENIA 1. Podczas montażu konstrukcji używaj rękawic ochronnych. Uważaj by nie skaleczyć się podczas rozkładania lub składania produktu. 2. Do montażu i demontażu potrzeba co najmniej 2 osób. Dla poprawienia komfortu pracy, zalecamy 3 osoby. 3. W celu łatwiejszego rozkładania elementy konstrukcji zostały oznaczone. Łącz elementy zgodnie z oznaczeniami. 4. Przed złożeniem konstrukcji należy ją dokładnie wyczyścić. Producent nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne uszkodzenia będące wynikiem wielokrotnego składania/rozkładania zanieczyszczonej konstrukcji. 5. Przed spakowaniem do toreb transportowych materiał należy dokładnie wyczyścić i wysuszyć. Producent nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne odbarwienia powstałe na skutek przechowywania wilgotnego oraz zabrudzonego produktu. 6. Do wyjmowania kotew zaleca się używania przyrządu (nie będącego standardowym wyposażeniem). 7. Zapoznaj się z przepisami konserwacji materiałów. W ZESTAWIE Rys. 1. Zestaw BEZPIECZEŃSTWO 1. Brama nie jest przeznaczona do używania podczas silnego wiatru, śnieżyc, gradobicia, burz, itp. 2. Produktu nie należy zostawiać bez nadzoru. 3. Przy występujących porywach wiatru należy systematycznie sprawdzać osadzenie wszystkich kotew.
- Page 19 4. Produkt nie jest przystosowany do eksploatacji w warunkach obciążenia śniegiem. W przypadku eksploatowania produktu w okresie zimowym, należy usuwać śnieg gromadzący się na dachu jeśli warstwa świeżego śniegu osiąga grubość 2 cm. 5. W przypadku gromadzenia się wody na produkcie, należy ją niezwłocznie usunąć. 6. Producent oświadcza, że oznaczone wyroby są wykonane z tkaniny nie rozprzestrzeniającej ognia, a ich właściwości są zgodne z wymogami norm PN- EN ISO 6940 i 6941 oraz DIN 4102-B1. 7. Brama może być użytkowana przy prędkości wiatru w porywach do 14 m/s (50 km/h) pod warunkiem zabezpieczenia jej przed podmuchami obciążnikami oraz odciągami linkowymi. Przy porywach wiatru powyżej 14 m/s (50 km/h) zaleca się bezwzględne złożenie produktu. Uszkodzenia mechaniczne, wynikające z niezastosowania się do powyższego zalecenia, nie są objęte gwarancją. INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU PODSTAWOWYCH ELEMENTÓW KONSTRUKCJI 1. Wyciągnij z torby elementy konstrukcji oznaczone numerami. Połącz elementy podstawy wg numeracji zgodnie z rysunkiem [1, 2, 3, 4, 5], a następnie powtórz to dla drugiej strony bramy. Rys. 2. Przebieg montażu elementów konstrukcji 19/24...
- Page 20 2. Połącz elementy pionowe [1 i 6] ze złożonymi elementami poziomymi podstawy – numeracja zgodnie z rysunkiem (dla obu podstaw bramy). 3. Połącz elementy z numerami od 7 do 12 oraz 1, zgodnie z rysunkiem, dla obu podstaw bramy. INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU POSZYCIA POŁOWICZNEGO 4. Połącz elementy spięte espanderem [13]. 5. - Page 22 INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU PEŁNEGO POSZYCIA 4. Połącz elementy spięte espanderem [13]. 5. Włóż dwa elementy w górną część poszycia. Środkowy element włóż w otwór wycięty w dolnej części poszycia. 6. W sworzeń łączący [14] włóż elementy połączone espanderem [13], z górną częścią poszycia. Najpierw z jednej strony, potem powtórz to z drugiej strony sworznia. Środkowa rurka ma znajdować się pod tkaniną. 7. Wsuń sprężyste kije węglowe do tunelu górnego banera. 8. Za pomocą pasków rzepowych przymocuj baner do środkowych rur wychodzących z dwóch stron sworznia. 9. Połącz górną część konstrukcji bramy z grupą elementów połączonych ze sobą wg rysunku 3. Podobnie wykonaj połączenie elementów z drugiej strony bramy. 10. Opuść górną część poszycia wzdłuż rur konstrukcji, wygładzając nierówności. 11. Do złożonej konstrukcji przymocuj wcześniej przygotowane podstawy – najpierw z jednej strony, potem z drugiej. 12. Zepnij zamkiem dolną część poszycia z górną, na każdej podstawie. 13. Szpilkami przymocuj stopy bramy do podłoża. Bramę przymocuj linkami do kotew (po 2 szt. kotew na każdą stronę). INSTRUKCJA DEMONTAŻU 1. Postępuj w odwrotnej kolejności, jak podczas montażu. 2. Przed schowaniem do toreb, wyczyść elementy konstrukcji oraz wszystkie poszycia. Producent zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzenia zmian w powyższych informacjach. PRODUCENT: MITKO Sp. z o.o.
