My unit is not steaming. I followed the descaling instructions, but no luck. The front light on the machine doesn't turn on, but the back on/off switch does showing it has power. When powered on, there is no sound coming from machine even attempting to warm the water.

If the PURE PureSteam XL is not steaming and the front light is not turning on, the issue could be that the unit is not receiving power. This could be due to the power cord not being plugged in properly or a problem with the outlet. Ensure the grounded plug is correctly inserted into a compatible three-prong outlet and that the power switch is turned on. Do not bypass the safety feature of the plug.
