    OVERVIEW The CFA Door Phone Model MD-4900CFA looks and sounds similar to a conventional intercom plate. When you press the button at the front door, you hear dialing tones coming from the doorplate followed by telephone service tones, eg.

    (pins 2 & 6 on a 610 socket or centre pins 3 & 4 on an RJ12 jack). RJ style plugs are provided. The MD-4900CFA is telephone line powered so the unit continues to operate in the event of mains power failure.
