Multi-stage thermostatic control panel
Panel, made of plastic with IP40 protection rating, houses the regulation and safety instruments. The BT panels include a thermostat signal for
controlling the anticondensation pump.
The boiler electrical system must be:
• designed and built by qualified personnel, and connected to a grounded system, in compliance with the current legal regulations;
• suitable for the maximum power absorbed by the boiler with adequate electrical wiring.
The burner connection and power supply cables ground wires must be a few mm longer than the other wires in the same cable. For connec-
tions between the burner, electric panel and power supply, use H07 RN-F cable for visible system connections. For other types of system or
for particular environmental situations, consult the applicable regulations. The formation and diameter of the wires are calculated on the basis
of the power absorbed by the burner. To access the instruments ("fig. 1"), rotate the front panel (A). To access the connection terminals and to
extend the capillary tubes of the thermostats and thermometer, first remove the top panel (B), then remove the 2 side screws (C). The regula-
tion thermostat (TRC) can be adjusted by the user with the front knob. The safety thermostat has a fixed setting and is equipped with a manual
reset function.
The following is mandatory:
• the use of a bipolar magnetothermic switch, line breaker, in compliance with CEI-EN standards (contact opening at least 3 mm)
• respect the connection L1 (line) - N (neutral)
• use cables of section 1.5 mm2 or thicker, complete with terminals
• consult the wiring diagrams in this instruction manual for any electrical type intervention
• make a suitable ground connection
• using the water pipes to ground the unit is prohibited.
The manufacturer declines any liability in case of damage caused by failure to ground the unit and non-compliance with the wiring diagrams.
