Grounding Pressure Relief Procedure Metal pail: 4.Turn pressure to lowest setting. Hold gun to side of grounded metal flushin g bucket. Improper installation or alteration of grounding plug Trigger gun to relieve pressure, turn prime results in risk of electric shock, fire or explosion To reduce risk of injury from injection, follow that could cause serious injury or death. - Page 5 Hold gun against grounded metal flushing pail. Check the intaken of pump for clogs and debris. Trigger sure to 1/2. Flush 1minute. Connect KP330 airless hose, to sprayer. Tighten securely. Do the pressure relif. page 5. Turn pressure control to lowest pressure.
- Page 6 6. Raise siphon tube above flushing fluid and run Cleanup sprayer for 15 to 30 seconds to drain fluid. Assemble tip and guard Spray 1. Do Pressure Relief, steps 1 - 4(page 5). Remove siphon tube set from paint and place in flushing fluid. NOTE: Use water for water base paint and mineral Spray test pattern.
