MAI 2Pump Lyra Quick User Guide
Preparation
1.
Pour water into the hopper.
2.
Connect hose to the coupling.
3.
Turn on the machine and wait for the water to be pumped out og the hose. (Pay attention
to the water level in the hopper. The water must always cover the whole screw, which is
the minimum material level of the machine)
4.
Stop the machine once the water comes out of the hose.
Pumping
1.
Pour your fully mixed material into the hopper.
2.
Start the pump and allow the material to push the remaining water out of the hose.
3.
When the material starts to come out of the hose, you can start your work. (ALWAYS keep
the material above the minimum material level. DO NOT dry run the pump. there must be
at least water that is in the pump.

Notice that the screw must always be covered by the material

Disconnect the hose from the coupling, insert a wet sponge ball into the hose. (DO NOT disconnect the hose if there is any pressure shown in the pressure gauge.
