Operating instructions for aquarium fan

Dear customer,
you purchased a high-quality product which has been checked several times during production.
In case of any malfunction although permanent quality control you should proceed in this manner:

In case of a claim please contact your retailer immediately

Please don't try to repair the damage by yourself

You should use the original package to avoid damages during transport
Please read this instructions carefully to avoid damages and to be able to use the fan optimally and follow exactly the mounting
instructions!

Shipment

These parts must be present
•
Fan battery with 3 to 5 fans
•
AC/DC adapter
•
4 mounting elements
•
1 thread rod
•
2 knurled nuts
•
6 washers

Mounting

Assemble the unit according to the photo above. At first the thread rod has to be inserted into the lower mounting profile.
Thereafter mount the washers, mounting elements and knurled nuts. Adjust fan battery, then tighten knurled nuts. The fans can
be fixed with the 4 mounting elements on a glass pane. The rubber protects the glass against damages and avoids direct
contact of aluminum and water.
Attention: The fans must never be reached by water surface or splash water! Condensation water at the fans as a
result of high humidity must be avoided in any case!
Condensation water occurs for example in a cabinet with a sump! The fan motors are not water proof – they will be
damaged immediately after penetration of water, especially salt water!
Make sure you fixed the fans properly to avoid that the fans could fall into the water!
