EQUIPMENT PRESENTATION The AWS equipment is a comprehensive solution for gas stations. It includes a compressor, a manometer for tire-inflation and water supply. The components are assembled in a compact housing made of stainless steel. -
Page 3: Location Requirements
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS The AWS equipment is not protected against explosions, and as such it must not be installed in a dangerous environment. The surface where the equipment is supposed to stand has to be completely flat. The preparation of the basis of the equipment is described in the attachments on the last page of this manual. -
Page 4: Installation And Connection
Preparing the place for installation and assembly Example of the basis: Picture 1: Dimensional drawing of the AWS basis At the basis, if there is a shaft a steel construction is advised (contact the manufacturer). The preparation of an appropriate basis is shown in the attachment. When setting up the foot of the equipment, spacers are mandatory for the connection of the foot and the basis. - Page 5 . If different regulations apply for your region, you are obligated to follow these. The AWS has to be operated outdoors or in a room with sufficient ventilation, because the equipment emits a high amount of heat when turned on. The working space needs proper openings for cooling.

AWS Installation and operating manual Electrical connection Only qualified personnel, is allowed to set up the electrical connection. Prepare the main plug with the main switch and a proper fuse (or circuit-breaker) for the electro connection of the equipment. Grounding is mandatory. Before the start-up check all the connections and fix them if necessary. -

AWS Installation and operating manual After the checks, plug the equipment in and turn it on by switching the pressure switch to ON – 1 (With three-phased motors check also the rotation of the motor). To turn the motor off, just switch the button on the pressure switch to OFF – 0 (picture 6). -

AWS Installation and operating manual COMPRESSOR OPERATION The operation of the compressor is directly controlled by the pressure switch, which immediately terminates the energy supply when the pressure in the tank reaches the determined value and connects again, when the pressure reaches a value, 2 bar bellow the maximum allowed pressure. - Page 9 AWS Installation and operating manual Proper and regular maintenance of the compressor is the first step toward ensuring it a long lifetime. To even improve that, we have created a table with a summary of all the maintenance work and checking. Service hours in the table represent the intervals of maintenance at which it should be carried out to keep a reliable operation level.

AWS Installation and operating manual Air intake filter Each month the intake filter should be checked for presence of dust. If there is a high amount of dust, clean it weekly. The filter cartridge is of a dry type. It is to be replaced about each 500 working hours. - Page 11 The mandatory safety check of reliability and the setting of the safety valve are to be carried out once a year by authorized personnel or by the Omega air service team. About the checks and setting of the safety valves, a record is to be lead.

High emulsifying and rising. Attach the air hose to the valve on the tire. The pressure correction starts automatically. The green light and the sound signal indicate finished pressure correction. Detach the hose.
