  • Page 6 BEFORE FIRST USE Before using this appliance for the first time, please ensure you complete the following steps: • Remove all packaging and labels. • Wipe down the MAIN UNIT and MAIN UNIT LID using a clean damp cloth. • Inspect the product for any damage and check that all listed parts are included.

    Leave the Yoghurt Maker switched on for 10 hours for the fermenting process to work. After this 10 hour period, remove the SMALL CONTAINER (with CONTAINER LID attached) and place in the refrigerator for a further 3 hours to chill then enjoy! For a ‘Greek style’ yoghurt, proceed to the next page. VonShef.

    MAKING GREEK YOGHURT Place the STRAINER into the LARGE STRAINING CONTAINER. Remove the SMALL CONTAINER from the refrigerator and pour the contents into the LARGE STRAINING CONTAINER/ STRAINER. Place the CONTAINER COVER on top of the LARGE STRAINING CONTAINER and place this back into the refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.
