- Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTION Assembling your new gazebo,we recommend two persons for assembly, especially with steps 3 to 8. Tools needed:ladder. Please read instructions carefully and identify all the parts before assembly. Caution:Small parts like plastic caps,may pose a choking hazard to young children. Keep out of small children.
- Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1:ASSEMBLY OF GAZEBO CORNERS. Connect the Left Leg Frames(A) & Right Leg Frames(B) and Corner Connector(G) together using four Bolts(M),Washers(R) and Nuts(S) by Hex Wrench(U) as shown in Figure 1. Repeat step 1 for the other three corners of leg frames as shown in Figure 3. (Figure 1) STEP 2:ASSEMBLY OF CROSS BAR TO CONNECT ALL FOUR CORNERS A TOP.
- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 3:First connect the Sub-assambled Cross Bar(Step2) and Leg Frames(A)&(B) with Bolts(N),Washer(R) and Nuts(S) ; then connect Corner Connector(G) and Cross Bar(C) with Bolts(N),Washer(R) and Nuts(S) by Hex Wrench(U) as shown in Figure 3. (Figure 3) STEP 4:Insert Corner Canory Tube(E) to the Top Center Hub(H) as shown in Figure 4. NOTE:Be carefully assembling to avoid any bending or mishaps.
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 5:Insert Support Bar(D) to the Top Center Hub(H) as shown in Figure 5. NOTE:Be carefully assembling to avoid any bending or mishaps. (Figure 5) STEP 6:Connect Top Roof Tube(F) and Corner Canory Tube(E) by Bolts(N), Washer(R) and Nuts(S) as shown in Figure 6. NOTE:Be carefully assembling to avoid any bending or mishaps.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 7:First insert Corner Canopy Tube(E) to the Corner Connector(G),then connect Support Bar(D) and Center Connector(W) by Bolts(N), Washer(R) and Nut(S) as shown in Figure 6. Note:This step need 2 persons to assemble. (Figure 7) STEP 8:Put the 4 Corner Shelf(Q) onto the four middle of leg frames(A)&(B) respectively. Cover the Surround Canopy(L) firstly,then cover Celling Canopy(K) on the top roof.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 9:The Flying Rings(P) are hooking on to the Cross Bar(C) for hanging the Screen Net(J) as shown in Figure 9. (Figure 9) STEP 10:Tighten the Rope(T) onto the corner of Surround Canopy(L)to the ground with stakes(V), Four corners tier down requesment.As shown in Figure10. (Figure 10) NOTE:Please make sure all bolts and stakes are tighted.
