To turn an option on/off or to enter the
option submenu, tap on the option bar.
To exit the option submenu, tap on the
option bar again.
To return to the program summary
screen, tap on the program bar.
13.2

Child Lock

With this option you can prevent the
children from accidentally operating the
appliance.
To activate this option:
• Tap on the Child Lock bar, the
appliance goes back to program
summary screen automatically and
the shortcut comes on.
You can activate this option:
• After you have pressed the Start/
Pause button: Start/Pause button and
the touch screen are deactivated. It is
possible to turn the appliance off by
means of the On/Off button.
• Before pressing the Start/Pause
button: the appliance cannot start.
The appliance keeps the
selection of this option after
you switch it off.
To deactivate this option:
• Keep the shortcut
seconds until it goes off.
If the shortcut
can activate this option by
tapping on the shortcut
without entering the More
menu. Refer to "Shortcuts"
in chapter "Settings".
13.3

Delay Start

With this option you can delay the start of
a program to a more convenient time.
1. Tap on the Delay Start bar to enter
the submenu.
2. Scroll left or right the hour and/
minute bars to set the desired delay
start.
When you return to program summary
screen, the indicator
delay time appear alternating with the
indicator and the programme
duration.
After touching the Start/Pause button,
the appliance begins the countdown and
the door is locked.
13.4

Time Save

With this option you can decrease the
program duration (OFF= normal program
duration).
1. Tap on the Time Save bar to enter
the submenu.
2. Scroll the submenu bar right to set:
• Quick option (Mid): if your laundry is
normally or lightly soiled, it may be
advisable to shorten the washing
program.
• Extra Quick option (Max): in case of
smaller load.
When you return to program summary
screen, the indicator
Extra Quick appears replacing the
indicator and the program duration is
updated.

Temperature

When you select a washing program,
the appliance automatically proposes a
