Battery Installation/Removal
WARNING:

Install new

Use only 1.5 V, size "AA", IEC-LR6 Alkaline batteries.
Replace all batteries at the same time.
Do not mix batteries from different manufacturers, new
with used, or different specifications. Improper battery
installation can cause batteries to explode or leak and
cause personal injury. Observe the polarity during
installation (see
recharge primary batteries.

Operations
Application Mode
- 33 lumens, max
Squeeze the trigger when ready to spray powder.
nLighten will automatically turn on and remain on
while spraying powder.
LED output will track the KV output of the multiplier.
Inspection Mode
- 65 lumens
Release the trigger when ready to stop spraying
powder. nLighten will remain on for fifteen seconds
and will automatically turn off. If more inspection time
is needed, quickly press and release the trigger to
receive an additional fifteen seconds of inspection
time.
1. Remove spray gun from a hazardous area.
2. Clean the assembly of any coating material
before changing the batteries.
3. Unscrew the battery caps with a flat blade
screwdriver.
4. Remove old batteries and dispose of them
properly.
5. Install the new batteries, inserting the negative
terminal into the housing first (see Installation
illustration, step 5).
6. Install and tighten the battery caps until the
cap bottoms against the housing. Do not
over-tighten.
Battery Disposal
Dispose of all spent batteries according to all local
rules and regulations.
