Cesar Dressing
Ingredients (Serves 4-6):
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
2 - 4 whole anchovy filets
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
French Dressing
Ingredients (for 1½ cup):
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 large egg
2/3 cup vegetable oil
Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 navel orange quartered
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 green onions
1/2 cup Safflower oil
Russian Dressing
Ingredients (for 2 cups):
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons sweet relish
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 of a red onion, roughly chopped
1 cup vegetable oil

Method:
• Place all the ingredients except the oil in the
Blender Jar.
• Place the lid on the Blender Jar with the Filler
Cap removed.
• Set blender speed to 8 then touch the START/
CANCEL icon to start blending. Blend for 1 mi-
nute 30 seconds (slowly add the oil through
the hole while blending).
• Serve chilled.
Method:
• Place all the ingredients except the oil in the
Blender Jar.
• Place the lid on the Blender Jar with the Filler
Cap removed.
• Set blender speed to 8 then touch the START/
CANCEL icon to start blending. Blend for 1 mi-
nute 30 seconds (slowly add the oil through
the hole while blending).
• Chill before serving.

reed (slowly add the oil through the hole while
blending until well incorporated).

• Place all the ingredients except the oil in the
Blender Jar. Place the lid on the Blender Jar
with the Filler Cap removed.
• Set blender speed to 8 then touch the START/
CANCEL icon to start blending. Blend for 1 mi-
nute or until desired consistency is reached
(slowly add all of the oil through the hole while
blending until dressing is thick). Stop and tas-
te to correct seasonings if desired.
• Store in an airtight container in the refrigera-
tor up to 1 week.
