Assembly of the Ferminator
For a quick and easy assembly of the Ferminator see page 9.

Program Setting

Press + or – button to set the desired temperature inside the Ferminator.
Press Start/Stop button to begin the temperature regulation of the Ferminator.
Use Fan Speed button to adjust the speed of the fan in 3 levels. Each level will affect the speed of the fan and the
pace of the temperature adjustment. High speed is the most effective.
The temperature probe must be placed on the back of the fermenter, facing away from the Cooling/Heating unit or
even better, inside the fermenter with a thermowell.
Display
On: The temperature
regulation is in process.
Off: The temperature
regulation is stopped.

Temperature Calibration

• Press and hold the + button when the start screen is shown.
• Start by adjusting the New Cal by pressing + or – button.
• Adjust the Cal.beer with New Cal by pressing Start/Stop
button.
Adjust the Cal.box with New Cal by pressing Fan Speed
button.
• Cal.beer and Temp.beer or/and Cal.box and Temp.box will
show your adjustments.
• Save your adjustments by disconnecting the power to the
Ferminator.
Temperature regulation icons:
Cooling Heating Neutral
Fan Speed:
Fan speed can be adjusted
in 3 levels by pressing the
Fan Speed button.
Low Medium High
Set: Shows the set
temperature.
Act: Shows the actual
sensor probe temperature.
