Dock N Stow Assembly:
Step 1
- Determine trailer frame location you will be using for your new frame mounted Dock N Stow stabilizer block. This location will need 7 inches of space.
Step 2
- Measure the top width of the trailer frame; This measurement is used to determine how many spacers are needed for your frame size.
•
3-inch trailer frame requires no spacers.
2.5 inch trailer frame requires two spacers. One spacer will be used on either side of the channel at the bottom of the block.
•
Slide spacers into dovetail grooves until they snap into the bottom of the block.
2 inch trailer frame requires four spacers. Two spacers will be used on either side of the channel at the bottom of the block.
•
Slide spacers into dovetail grooves until they snap into the bottom of the block.
Step 3
- Attach silicone non-slip tape
Remove back of silicone rubber tape and apply to the center channel on bottom of block (prevents slipping on frame). Tape should
•
be applied after your spacers (if required) are in place to ensure the tape is centered and wouldn't interfere with spacers ability to
snap in place.
Step 4
- Remove top insert if necessary for use with caster wheel
•
If a wheel is on bottom of your jack post, remove top insert for wheel dock using Phillips head screwdriver.
