Keyboard Setup and Usage
Step 1: Deploy/Extend the kickstand.

Step 3: Lean the tablet forward while firmly seating
the tablet into the companion keyboard dock.

Step 2: Align the Home button to the keyboard dock notch.

Step 4: Lean the tablet backwards to click into place.
Note: For keyboard compat-
ibility, locate the keyboard
icon in the lower-right
corner of the tablet.
Removing the Convertible Keyboard
Step 1: Place the tablet face-down on a flat surface and
press down on the keyboard release latch.

Software
Xplore has developed two software apps to optimize the utility of your Companion
Keyboard.
• TPPause: Tap blocker app to prevent inadvertent taps on the touchpad while
typing (thereby avoiding accidentally moving cursor or changing windows)
• xLockOff: Automatically turns off Num Lock when in Windows 7 login screen
(applies only to Windows® 7, not needed for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10)
