    Parts of the opening and closing cycle are specially adjusted to meet the requirements for a hermetically door. With the UniDrive (and attached motor KONE Unidrive Tandem type) a WM1 hermetical door can be build up to a total door weight of 140kg 2.2.4.

    A special function is the ‘Easy come in’ function. When the door is at the closed position and not locked, the door can be opened manually. When the door is manually opened for 1 à 2 cm., the UniDrive will electrically open the door to the open position (power assist), the door behaviour is like receiving an open command from an activating device.

    In addition to the above mentioned programmable inputs and outputs, several selections and settings can be made by the use of the PSION programmer software. Also a lot of parameters (for example speed, timer functions) which are used by the UniDrive control box can be modified by the user with the help of the PSION programmer.

    Pressing the RESET button will clear the warning and the UWS can operate normally (and charge the battery) for 50 minutes. After that the battery is tested again. When no battery unit is used, a wire link must be present on the connector on the UniDrive control unit.

    2.3. Software selections In addition to the above-mentioned settings, several selections can be made, to adjust the UniDrive control box to the situation in which it is used. 2.3.1. Toilet mode The UniDrive is programmed on this function for use in toilets entrees. The door will open on a OUTSIDE signal.
