INTRODUCTION This instruction manual should be rear before carrying out any operation on the machine. This instruction manual has been designed and organised to permit quick easy consultation. For all topics discussed, illustration or tables are provided into various chapters. WARNINGS This instruction manual is aimed at the owner and/or user of the machine and employees assigned to handling, installation and scrapping of the machine.

MECCANICAL PRECAUTION The machine is provided with protections designed to prevent accidental contact with the moving parts. in particular: The motor fan is protected by a metal grille and a stainless steel fastening secured by means of screws to prevent access (danger of shearing) (see fig. 2). ELECTRICAL PRECAUTION The precautions established by the 73/23/EEC directive and the EN 60335 standard have been adopted to protect against the danger of direct and indirect contacts and all the scheduled tests have been performed as certified by the CE declaration of conformity (see attachment B).
HYGIENE PRECAUTION The refrigerant system contains Freon gas R404 and contains no CFC to ensure protection of the ozone layer. NOISE PRECAUTIONS The compressor, the only possible source of noise, is located inside the base and therefore the machine does not produce irritating or harmful noise (Fig. 5). Fig.

PREPARATION OF PREMISESAND MACHINE INSTALLATION The room in which the machine will be installed, like the various existing system, must comply with current local regulations and technical specifications. Position the machine in a dry well-ventilated place in compliance with the local technical-health regulation.

ACCESSORIES AND ASSEMBLAGE Some models of chilling cabinet have a racks or glass shelves for the product display. The steel shelf support, are to be fitted into the holes in the side brackets for both the rack and glass shelves, in accordance with the model (fit the adhesive rubber pads when installing the glass shelves).

Place the racks on the 4 (four) shelf supports. See Fig.8 Fig. 8 A removable rack can be used as the bottom of the negative static chilling cabinet. This enables an additional shelf to be installed or products that are larger than standard size to be displayed.

START-UP OPERATION AND ADJUSTAMENT To obtain the best performance from the refrigeration unit, the following conditions must obtain: Ambient temperature = 30° C Relative humidity R.H. = 60% You are advises to wait at least two hours before use the system in order to ensure that the refrigeration circuit is operating efficiently.
CONTROL PANEL The control panel is located on the base, and contains the following commando: An Electronic thermo regulator: permits regulation of the machine temperature, switch-on and switch-off of the refrigerating system and lighting (for use of the thermo regulator, see instruction below). Fig.11 You are advice to switch the light on only when the unit is actually being used.

TRASPORT, HANDLING AND STORAGE The machine weights and dimensions are given in chapter n°6. The machine is packed in a cardboard box bearing the symbols and indications for handling. Is subsequently placed on a pallet and loaded on a container or wagon by means of an adequate forklift truck.
