DVD HANDLING

Basic control:
Press the Power button on the TV or the remote control and then the "INPUT" button to select
DVD mode. If there is no DVD in the DVD player, "No disc" will appear on the screen.
Insert a DVD in the DVD slot on the side of the TV. Do not touch the data side.
Hold the DVD with your fingers on the edge and place it in the DVD slot.
The DVD player will automatically insert the DVD into the DVD player.

NOTE: Insertion and ejection of the DVD works only if DVD mode is activated.
DVD setting mode:
• Configuration mode provides the configuration menus for general settings, audio settings,
Dolby Digital settings, and user settings.
• You can select the entries in the settings menu by using the "D.Set" button and the arrow buttons,
as well as the "OK" button.
• First press the "D.Set" button to enter the configuration menu and then the u button to enter the
next sub-menu.
• Press the "D.Set" button again to exit the configuration menu.
General settings – Aspect:
• 4:3 Pan Scan (PS)
Select this option if the DVD player is connected to a normal TV. Widescreen formats will be displayed,
but some parts will automatically be cropped.
• 4:3 Letterbox (LB)
Select this option if the player is connected to a normal TV. Widescreen formats will be displayed
with a black stripe at the top and bottom.
• 16:9
Select this option if the player is connected to a widescreen TV.
