    Assembling Your Stand Mixer 1. Before assembling the Stand Mixer, make sure the mains cable is Speed Control unplugged from the mains outlet and the Speed Control is in the “0” position. 2. Attach the Motor Head to the Base. 3.
  • Page 10 5. To lower the Motor Head and the Beaters / Dough Hooks into the Stainless Steel Bowl, depress the Headlock Button while holding the Motor Head with the other hand and ease the Motor Head down. A click sound will be heard when the Motor Headlock Head has reached the correct position.
