    Press and hold button on the right adapter. Continue to hold after you hear “Power on”. When you hear "Bluetooth pairing mode" (about 5 seconds), release the button. From your audio source, select "Shure TW1." After a pause (about 4 seconds) you will hear “Connected”.

    Shure Incorporated Environment mode Environment mode allows you to accentuate the ambient noise around you. This is especially useful when you want to listen to music or are on a phone call, yet you still want to be aware of the sounds around you.
