Calendar and notepad

Viewing global holidays

Enable global holidays to view public holiday information for different countries.
This feature requires an Internet connection.

Open Calendar.

Touch > Settings > Global holidays.

Turn on the switch next to the country whose holidays you want to view. Your device will
automatically download the country's holiday information.

Creating an event

Add events and set reminders to help you plan ahead.

Open Calendar.

Touch .

Enter the event name, location, and start and end time. Touch More > Remind to create a
reminder.

Touch to save the event.
You can add up to 5 reminders for an event. To add a reminder, touch Add reminder.

In month or week view, touch and hold an area on the screen to create an event for the

corresponding date.

Sharing events

You can share events with your contacts.

Touch Calendar.

Open the event that you want to share and touch

Choose how you want to share the event and follow the onscreen instructions.
You cannot share birthday reminders that are created automatically. To share birthday
information, manually create an event, and then share the event with your friends.

Managing notes

Adding a note to favorites
Open Notepad. You can add a note to your favorites in two ways:
