  • Page 2 MODULO BATTERIA SL2380 Il modulo batteria SL2380 provvede all’alimentazione di una tenda serie ScreenLine “W”. Il modulo batteria SL2380 può essere ricaricato anche da pan- nello fotovoltaico SL1084B160 (optional). La posa dei cablaggi nel serramento deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato.

    SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE Nel caso si rendesse necessaria la sostituzione delle batterie seguire la seguente procedura:   1. Staccare modulo batteria dal supporto 2. Rimuovere il coper- chio del vano batterie premendo nelle zone indicate e spingendo nella direzione indicata 3.

    SMALTIMENTO DELLE BATTERIE Le batterie scariche vanno smaltite in modo sicuro utilizzando gli appositi cassonetti o nelle zone di raccolta (riferirsi alle di- sposizioni presenti nella città dove devono essere smaltite). Le batterie vanno rimosse dall’apparecchio prima del loro smalti- mento.

  • Page 14 BATTERY MODULE SL2380 The battery module SL2380 supplies power to the ‘W’ system ScreenLine motorised blind. The solar panel SL1084B160 (option) is used to recharge the battery module SL2380 on a continuous basis. Wiring and installation must be fitted by skilled staff only.

  • Page 17 7 mm MOTOR CONNECTION THROUGH INSULATED CRIMP WIRE CONNECTORS 0.325 mm² It is possible to use other types of connection (e.g. screw block 0.325 mm² terminals, insulated crimps, insulated heat shrinkable wire con- nectors, etc), provided that they ensure a stable contact and wire insulation.

    SWITCHING ON The battery module is fitted with   a plastic strip that isolates the batteries in the OFF position. If a solar panel (optional) is sup- plied, install it and follow the relevant instructions. To switch the battery module ON, remove the plastic strip.
  • Page 19 When the power adaptor is connected, the LED will indicate the following conditions: • LED flashing: batteries missing, defective or not of a compatible type. Immediately unplug the adapter • LED pulsating: charging underway • LED steadily lit: charging completed After charging, detach the cable and fit the module back onto its base plate.
  • Page 20 Deleting a channel 1. Detach the battery module from the support 2. Call up the channel to be deleted on the remote control display by pressing the +/- buttons 3. Keep the button on the battery module pressed until the LED starts flashing quickly after lighting up 4.
  • Page 21 If the battery module is reprogrammed for logic inversion (see paragraph below) the LED will light up briefly, go off and then light up again for 3 seconds. LOGIC INVERSION The battery module incorporates a digital accelerometer which automatically detects the position of the module on the frame and adapts the functions of the touch-sensitive area.

    IMPORTANT: this action will start a sensor recalibration cycle; therefore, be careful not to touch the sensitive areas until the LED goes off. During recalibration, watch the LED: it will light up briefly, go off and then light up again for 3 seconds to indicate that the pro- cedure was successfully completed.

    DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE According to the provisions of Directive 2002/96/EC the bat- tery module is to be considered as belonging to the category of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment): it thus cannot be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. At the end of its lifetime, the device must be taken to one of the separa- te waste collection centres for waste electrical and electronic equipment from households.

  • Page 26 BATTERIE-/BEDIENUNGS-MODUL SL2380 Das Batteriemodul SL2380 dient der Stromversorgung von mo- torischen Behängen in ScreenLine „W“-Modellen. Das Batteriemodul SL2380 kann auch über die Solarzelle SL1084B160 (optional) kontinuierlich geladen werden. Verkabelung und Installation am Fenster ist ausschließlich von qualifiziertem Personal durchzuführen. Pellini S.p.A. haftet nicht für Schäden durch fehlerhafte Instal- lation.

  • Page 31 Bei angeschlossenem Netzteil zeigt die LED-Anzeige folgende Betriebszustände an: • LED blinkt: Batterien nicht vorhanden, defekt oder nicht kompatibel. Das Netzteil unverzüglich abstecken. • LED blinkt schnell: Ladevorgang läuft. • LED leuchtet konstant: Ladevorgang abgeschlossen. Nach dem Ladevorgang das Kabel abziehen und das Mo- dul wieder auf die Basisstation stecken.
