Frameless Cabinet Assembly
Standard Wall Cabinet Assembly

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED:
Cabinet glue Phillips head screwdriver Phillips head drill Rubber mallet
Instructions
1. Unpack box/identify pieces.
2. Install locking lugs into designated holes on top and bottom pieces.
3. Install metal threaded dowels into designated holes on side pieces. Use hand screwdriver to tighten.
4. Glue and install wooden dowels beside metal dowels on side pieces.
5. Wipe off access glue before it dries.
6. Dab glue into holes on ends of bottom and top pieces into dowel holes.
7. Install bottom and top pieces onto side pieces.
8. Tighten locking lugs with screwdriver.
9. Install back piece into groove on side piece.
10. Glue and install other side piece into dowel hole on top and bottom and into groove on back piece.
11. Tighten locking lugs with hand screwdriver.
12. Install six screws through back piece into top and bottom through designated holes.
13. Install hinges onto doors into designated holes using screws provided.
14. Install door onto cabinet sides though pre-marked screw holes.
15. Install self adhesive rubber stops onto corners of doors.
16. Install plastic caps over lug locks.
17. After cabinet installation, install shelving, adjust doors and install metal DTC pieces over hinge adjustments.
